Comments:- The LP issued by ERATO and reissued by MHS has excerpts from Armide on one side and from Isis on the other. The singers are stated to be Nadine Sautereau, Jocelyne Chamonin, André Mallabrera and Roger Soyer, but, from the information that I have available, it is not clear if they all take part in both sets of excerpts. The excerpts from Armide are Overture; Duet; Renaud's Slumber; Armide's Monologue; Passacaille. The CD also includes a recording of Caprice de Villers-Cotterêts by Lalande.

Comments:- The DVD issued by House of Opera is listed in their online catalogue of «New DVDs 22 January 2005». The video recording appears to be of a performance given in the Octagon Theatre, University of Western Australia in September 1986. The performance on 16 September 1986 is reviewed in OPERA December 1986 pp.1372-1373 and the two cast members listed above are those given in this review which also mentions that Margot Robertson and Cornelius de Munck also sang (roles unspecified). HOO's catalogue lists two additional singers «Porter» and «Brown».
